[OSE=Sunmi Kyung reporter] The JYP Entertainment boy group KickFlip has recently participated in global music festivals this summer, enhancing their revitalization.
KickFlip performed on the 24th (local time) at the Summer Sonic Bangkok 2025 held at Impact Challenger Hall in Bangkok, Thailand. Following the world-class music festival Lollapalooza Chicago on the 2nd, Summer Sonic 2025 held on the 16th in Tokyo and on the 17th in Osaka, and the International Music Awards 2025 TIMA (TMELive International Music Awards) on the 23rd, they also brilliantly brightened the stage of Summer Sonic Bangkok 2025 and made solid global strides.
As Gae-hoon, Amaru, Dong-hwa, Ju-wang, Min-je, K-ju, and Dong-hyun appeared, the audience at Summer Sonic Bangkok 2025 cheered enthusiastically. KickFlip kicked off the performance with "Let's Go" and continued the excitement with their debut song "Mama Said (What Are You Trying to Be)?" and the groovy charm of "Electricity". They surprised the audience with a cover performance of GOT7's song "Hard Carry," which is from their senior group under JYP Entertainment, and led cheers. They filled the stage with about 40 minutes of packed performances including the remix version of "Yeah, Okay" and the title track of their mini album, "FREEZE."
The seven members, visiting Bangkok for the first time as KickFlip, were overwhelmed with emotion seeing slogans with "KickFlip" written all around the audience. They responded in Thai and expressed, "We hope to meet you in Bangkok and many other places. Please remember the energy of KickFlip and continue to give us your love and support. Thank you!"
