NCT WISH's third mini-album "COLOR" consists of a total of 7 songs, including the title track "COLOR," which embodies their ambition to color the world with their own hues, and will be released on various music sites on September 1 at 6 p.m.
The track "Cheat Code" is an impressive song with lyrics that compare the desire to quickly connect with a loved one to the adventures of a game character, set to a future bass-based electro-pop sound, with lyrics, composition, and arrangement by KENZIE, enhancing the bright and upbeat Gen Z sensibility.
"Videohood" is a hip-hop track that wittily expresses imagination and confidence while navigating the game world, with a tension-filled development that adds to the song's energetic and intense charm.
Additionally, "WICHU" is an R&B song with a 2000s vibe that samples the American pop star Chris Brown's "With You," with the song title inspired by NCT WISH's official character and a cute pronunciation of "With You," conveying a warm message of always being together with fans.
Another track, "Reel-ationship," is an R&B song that captures the excitement of a relationship that began by exchanging cute cat videos, with a sweet melody and soft vocals creating a lovely atmosphere.
NCT WISH will hold an offline event titled "NCT WISH COLOR PALETTE" at COEX Square on the 2nd of next month.
