Singer Kim Gun-mo is making his return to the music industry with a national tour concert after six years.
The concert production company iStar Media Company announced on the 26th that Kim Gun-mo will hold a national tour 'Kim Gun-mo' (KIM GUN MO.), starting with the Busan KBS Hall on the 27th, and will perform in Daegu, Daejeon, Seoul, and other cities.
This marks Kim Gun-mo's return to activities after six years since he was embroiled in sexual assault allegations in 2019.
Kim Gun-mo, who enjoyed popularity with numerous hit songs such as 'Excuse' and 'Wrong Encounter' and through his grants in variety programs, halted all activities after the allegations were raised, and later cleared himself of the allegations when he was acquitted by the prosecution in 2021.
The production company stated, 'Although Kim Gun-mo was away from the stage, he never once let go of music, according to his close associates,' adding, 'His music never stopped during the hiatus.'
The national tour will continue with performances in Daegu on Oct. 18 and Daejeon on Dec. 20, leading up to a concert in Seoul next January. Detailed performance schedules will be announced later.
