Actress Ji Ye-eun is temporarily halting her activities due to health issues.
On the 25th, a representative from her agency, CP Entertainment, told OSEN, "Ji Ye-eun will focus on her health and recovery starting in September. We will provide all necessary support for the actress to rest adequately and return."
Ji Ye-eun is a talent from the Korea National University of Arts Acting Department and made her debut in 2017 through a play. In particular, she rose to stardom by appearing in the Coupang Play variety show "SNL Korea" series. Following this, she joined the SBS entertainment program "Running Man" as a new regular member, and she continues to be active in variety programs such as Coupang Play's "Workplace" and Netflix's "Kian's Bizarre B&B."
In relation to Ji Ye-eun's health issues, the agency stated that they would refrain from providing detailed explanations as it is a personal matter. However, according to broadcasting officials, there are no confirmed details regarding whether she will undergo surgery or the specific timing of treatment. As a result, Ji Ye-eun is expected to meet viewers again in the programs she was regularly appearing in after sufficient rest.
