Kim Byeong-man and his spouse have completed their marriage registration.
On the 25th, TV Chosun's 'Lovestruck in Joseon' revealed the recent status of Kim Byeong-man's family after announcing his remarriage.
Kim Byeong-man introduced his remarried wife, who boasted striking features and beautiful looks. Kim Byeong-man explained, "You might think we just met recently, but that's not the case. We first met in May 2006 and went our separate ways around the end of 2007. After about a decade, we came back together again."
His wife recalled their first meeting, saying, "At first, we met through an introduction. I heard he was a comedian, but I didn't know because I don't watch TV. I went out without any expectations because he insisted on meeting me. He was very proactive from the start, expressing he wanted to think about marriage. It felt overwhelming. He would call me every day to talk about everything in his life."
His wife noted, "Even at that time, I thought, 'This person is definitely going to do well.' I got along well with my family to the point where it felt like I didn't need a brother. However, we broke up briefly due to being busy with work. During that time, he first gained attention as a master in his field. He mentioned that if I could wait four years, we could get married."
After a significant amount of time apart, the two met again. His wife recounted, "I received a call from an unknown number. My mother suggested that I meet once. I was hesitant because there was a time when we hadn't seen each other."
Eventually, the two met. Kim Byeong-man said, "I wanted to hold her. I wanted a relationship where my person, my home, and my space could be close to me. From my perspective, she is the only woman in the world. It seems like I went through all this hardship to meet her." He added, "To me, she is not just my wife but my home. Isn't everything I want contained within that home?"
The next day, the couple hurried somewhere. Their destination was Jeju City Hall. They were headed to register their marriage. The two appeared excited and were happy to finally become a real couple. Kim Byeong-man said, "I waited for this moment for years," while his wife commented, "It feels good, like I'm solving a homework problem. I think, 'Now it's real.'"
The couple completed their marriage registration with the help of the production team. Kim Byeong-man expressed a desire to officially visit his parents' graves and greet them as a family. He also mentioned, "People ask what's so exciting about a honeymoon, but I'm excited," as he showed an excited demeanor.
