Yui-su, a contestant from 'Heart Signal 4', vehemently denied allegations of school violence and rumors about working at an entertainment establishment.
On the 23rd, Yui-su stated through her social media, "Recently, false information has been indiscriminately spreading online, including on Instagram, causing confusion and discomfort for many people." She added, "At first, I believed that the truth would come out over time. However, as unverified stories have been distorted and exaggerated, the situation has reached a point where not only I but my family and loved ones have also been hurt."
She further remarked, "I categorically state that the absurd claims of being a 'school violence perpetrator' and having 'previously worked at an entertainment establishment' are not true." She expressed her discomfort, saying, "Groundless false information has been repeatedly spread through multiple accounts, which forced me to endure baseless accusations and harsh gazes."
She then emphasized, "Accounts related to this matter have been deleted by Meta after acknowledging the possibility of defamation and the spread of false information. Some accounts have circulated my personal information and speculative remarks while propagating the rumor of my past employment at an entertainment establishment, and there were even threats demanding money. This has reached a level that can no longer be overlooked."
Yui-su publicly shared a photo of her complaint, warning, "I am currently filing a criminal complaint with a law firm, and I have secured testimonies from several classmates. Investigative agencies are also handling the case rigorously. I will hold accountable all acts of spreading false information, threats, and secondary dissemination, and I will respond firmly."
Yui-su introduced herself as a casting agent at a TV-CF advertising production company and appeared on the 2022 Channel A dating reality program 'Heart Signal 4'. She became the final couple with 'popular guy' Shin Min-kyu after defeating 'popular girl' Kim Ji-young, but they are currently separated.
