The group MONSTA X has transformed into an unapproachable "underdog."
Starship Entertainment, the agency, revealed a concept photo of the new mini album "THE X" featuring "UNDERDOG X" version through MONSTA X (Shonu, Minhyuk, Kihyun, Hyungwon, Jooheon, IM)'s official SNS on the 23rd.
In the released photo, MONSTA X completed a free-spirited yet intense visual with awkward clothing and unkempt hairstyles, resembling a dog that has turned into a human. Additionally, unrealistic large dogs, as if they popped out from mythology, appeared to maximize each member's personality and concept, while the members radiated wild charm and an unapproachable aura through diverse poses.
Above all, in the group concept photo featuring all six members, the team's unique overwhelming synergy and explosive energy reached a peak, evoking admiration from viewers and simultaneously amplifying expectations for their comeback on September 1.
MONSTA X recently released the music video and performance video for the pre-release track "Do What I Want," providing domestic and international listeners with a fresh shock through a new concept and music they had not showcased before.
With "Do What I Want," they have once again impressed as a "trustworthy performance" group, and they plan to kick off their full-scale comeback activities on the 1st of next month with the new album "THE X" and the title track "N the Front." As MONSTA X captivates global listeners through continuous attempts and challenges even on their 10th debut anniversary, anticipation is growing for the new pleasure they will bring through this title track "N the Front."
MONSTA X's new mini album "THE X" and title track "N the Front" will be available on various music sites at 6 p.m. (Korean time) on September 1.
