The recent status of guitarist Kim Do-kyun was revealed during the MBN show "Sokpuli Show Dongchimi" that aired on the afternoon of the 23rd.
That day, Kim Do-kyun surprised everyone by waking up at 3 p.m. Additionally, the dust piled up in his house astonished viewers.
Kim Do-kyun drew attention by eating triangular kimbap for his first meal. He explained, "It has been 30 years since I started eating triangular kimbap. I began when convenience stores appeared. It has been 30 years. I eat triangular kimbap simply before going to bed to avoid feeling burdened."
A plastic bag was filled with the packaging of triangular kimbap. The production team calculated that if he eats three triangular kimbap a day for 300 days a year, he will have eaten 27,000 kimbaps over that time, to which Kim Do-kyun responded, "That sounds about right. I never get tired of it. It's the mystery of triangular kimbap."
Regarding his insistence on triangular kimbap rather than other kimbaps, he said, "Triangular kimbap is better to eat without feeling burdened, and I need to solve music first before dealing with other things."
Kim Do-kyun then went outside and headed to a café, happily consuming an Americano with six additional shots and chocolate. He added, "Coffee and chocolate are essential elements for rockers."
Later, Kim Do-kyun visited a convenience store and purchased a lunch box and triangular kimbap. He is known for frequently using convenience stores and shocked viewers by showing he had 1,030,000 won in convenience store points.
When asked about the money spent at the convenience store, he replied, "If we count purely what has accumulated, it exceeds 140 million won."
In addition, Kim Do-kyun raised concerns with his habit of smoking a pack of cigarettes a day.
