A challenger student from 'Teachers 2' stimulates Jeong Seung-je's expectations.
Today (24th), a first-year high school student with exceptional tenacity, who used to be a 'promising soccer player,' appears in Channel A's variety show 'Please Help With Grades: Teachers 2 (abbreviated as Teachers 2),' raising expectations for the 'math expert' Jeong Seung-je.
'Teachers 2' features a first-year high school challenger who has dreamed of becoming a soccer player since the age of 7 but began studying after quitting soccer due to an injury. The challenger, who has been studying for only six months, described himself as a 'beginner in studying.' He expressed his ambition, saying, "I want to score 100 in math. I hope the day I achieve 100 is the day of the college entrance exam." In particular, the challenger revealed his affection for math, stating, "The results of effort are most evident in math."
However, the challenger's math score was only 50, which corresponds to a grade of four. Given that the challenger has gaps in learning from middle school basics, the first-year exam was understandably difficult. While analyzing the challenger's state of math study, Jeong Seung-je noted, "With this score, most would give up on problems they don't know, but there are signs of perseverance in solving the problems, even though they were wrong. It's so beautiful," praising the perseverance of not giving up and holding on. Additionally, the challenger had the passion to take on notoriously difficult killer questions without fear.
However, the challenger was suffering from a lack of literacy. Despite knowing how to solve the math problems, he struggled to understand the questions and had to read them repeatedly. The challenger confessed, "I dislike the text itself," indicating a rejection of the narrative format. Jo Jeong-sik also diagnosed the challenger's state by saying, "There is a typical method of lower-ranking students. It feels difficult to read."
For the first-year high school student with zero literacy and who is a study beginner, 'T-Bengers' announced a 'study camp to rebuild from elementary school.' The scene of Teachers revealing all the study tips for 'all study beginners' will be broadcast today, Sunday, at 7:50 p.m.
