As the photos were released, netizens pointed out Yong Jun-hyung's actions. According to an order published by the French government in the previous day's official gazette, smoking has been prohibited within 10 meters of bus stops, parks, seasonal beaches, libraries, swimming pools, and schools since the 29th of last month (local time). The issue is that Yong Jun-hyung was smoking in a public area.
