Standing in front of the camera, the 19th season's Young-cheol said, "It's a (intubation) surgery, and I don't remember it either. I think my condition was critical at that time. They thought I would not wake up at the hospital, and I found it tough. I had a lot of mental anguish, but my weight has dropped since appearing on 'I Am Solo,' so people might be surprised. When I was hospitalized, I weighed about 105 kg, and I lost 30 kg."
The 19th season's Young-cheol talked about his medical diagnosis, saying, "It was cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction. I can't speak in detail, but I never thought it would come suddenly. The illness came without any warning signs."
Young-cheol from the 19th season continued, "I had so many needles inserted and was in the intensive care unit, then I had to sign a Do Not Resuscitate form, but my family opposed it, so I didn't. I was discharged at the end of February, but around early March, I realized I couldn't handle it. It was too difficult to get up from the sofa, so I was readmitted to the hospital, and that was at the end of March. I was supposed to go back to work in April, and I was worried about how to manage that because it was a production job where I had to stay on my feet all the time."
Meanwhile, Young-cheol from the 19th season, who previously appeared in a special episode of 'I Am Solo' for being a lifelong single, has faced rumors of disappearance and death since his recent updates were not disclosed. Recently, he was seen after undergoing intubation surgery, having lost a significant amount of weight, raising concerns.
