Actor Lee Mi-sook shared the story of experiencing a voice phishing crisis once again.
On the 21st, a video titled 'Sook's Parka Drive & Living Item Tour, and Voice Phishing Part 2' was uploaded to the YouTube channel 'Sooksureoun Mi-sook.'
In the video, Lee Mi-sook said, 'I didn't want to talk about it anymore because the story of being a victim of voice phishing has been mentioned too much, but in fact, there's Part 2.'
He explained, 'At that time, I was not working, and it was a situation where my living expenses were seriously impacted. Then a message came saying that small business interest would be lowered. I thought, 'The country hasn't abandoned me,' so I made the call.'
He added, 'The other party seemed to know all about my home loan and car lease expenses. They said they would pay off my collateral loan at a low interest rate and lend me double the amount.'
Lee Mi-sook stated, 'They sent a link and told me to click on it, but it wouldn't open well. Then, perhaps because the other party was anxious, they asked, 'Is this your phone?' At that moment, I got chills because it was a tone I had never used before,' and she said she immediately hung up the phone.
Earlier, Lee Mi-sook confessed that she lost 50 million to 60 million won due to voice phishing in June, shocking many.
