In 'Our Golden Days,' Jung Il-woo creates a dramatic marriage announcement that engulfs family members and acquaintances in a huge whirlwind.
The 5th and 6th episodes of the KBS 2TV weekend drama 'Our Golden Days' (directed by Kim Hyung-seok / written by So Hyun-kyeong / produced by Studio ComingSoon, Studio Bom, Monster Union), which is set to air on the 23rd (Saturday) and 24th (Sunday) at 8 p.m., will show Lee Ji-hyuk (played by Jung Il-woo) determined to marry Jeong Bo-a (played by Go Won-hee), getting caught in conflicts with those around him.
Previously, Ji-hyuk rejected the confession from Ji-eun Oh (played by Jung In-sun) and received a marriage proposal from Bo-a, the only daughter of Haneul Construction. Noticing that it was a marriage without love, Park Sung-jae (played by Yoon Hyun-min) opposed the marriage, but Ji-hyuk only became more resolute.
In the stills released today (22nd), Ji-hyuk meets Sung-jae to give out the wedding invitation. Sung-jae, confirming Ji-hyuk's marriage announcement, which he thought was merely a joke, cannot hide his shock and embarrassment, expressing deep concern. In contrast, Ji-hyuk calmly hands over the invitation, highlighting the contrasting emotions of the two.
In another still, a serious confrontation between Ji-hyuk and Eun-oh adds tension. Eun-oh, unable to let go after the failed confession, gazes at Ji-hyuk with a blank expression, while Ji-hyuk also meets her gaze with a serious face. As Ji-hyuk has decided to marry, curiosity grows about how he will convey the news to Eun-oh and what changes his choice will bring to the relationship between the three.
