Broadcaster Jang Young-ran expressed her views on rude people she encounters in the industry.
On the 19th, a video titled "Jang Young-ran X Ha Ji-young's real talk part 2 is coming soon!" was uploaded on the 'YouTube Ha Ji-young' channel.
On that day, Jang Young-ran revealed, "I also thought that if I acted politely, that person would behave politely too, but that's not the case. So, I feel it more from stronger individuals or those kinds of people. We have instincts, you know. So I tend to be tougher with stronger individuals."
Jang Young-ran has previously exposed the abuses and injustices she experienced during her days of obscurity through various broadcasts. In response, she said, "I really dislike people who ignore the weak. So in the past, if everyone was weak regardless of whether they were strong or weak, now I am a bit more well-known, right?" to which Ha Ji-young replied, "You can protect someone, right? Older sister."
Jang Young-ran nodded and said, "That's the happiest thing for me," while Ha Ji-young stated, "Being able to protect someone. In the past, I couldn't protect anyone, but now you're kind of an adult at some point, right?" discussing the change.
In response, Jang Young-ran said, "That's right. That's what makes me happiest. I can protect my people, and if everyone was weak in the past, now I can protect the weak even more, and when it comes to the strong, I say, 'What about that? I'm not going to do that. There are so many rude people out there. So I dislike that. 'I won't do that' I can say like this."
She pointed out, "Later on, when that person says, 'I really made a mistake,' I am truly happy. Those who are so rude, those kinds of people will really disappear from the industry eventually. How rude can they be?" Ha Ji-young added, "Or they might constantly try to change that rudeness and reflect on themselves to survive somehow and change themselves." To which Jang Young-ran remarked, "Exactly. You recognizing that is really clever."
