The member of Girls' Generation, Sunny, opened up about her recent activities.
On the 21st, the Life Insurance Social Contribution Foundation unveiled an interview conducted with Sunny through the heart growth platform 'Play Life.'
In the interview, Sunny stated, 'As an artist, it's easy to lose confidence amid public evaluations, but one must know how to love oneself to be truly loved. Above all, it's important to help oneself take care and build confidence.'
In particular, Sunny revealed that she learned how to love herself while studying psychology. She said, 'Everyone grows at their own pace, and the important thing is the heart to love oneself.' She added, 'True growth of the heart is completed when one can embrace not only oneself but also the love around them.'
This year marks the 18th anniversary of her debut, and Sunny said, 'I used to want to become someone who looks cool and amazing, but now I am practicing accepting myself as I am.' She added, 'Realizing that I cannot satisfy everyone has made my heart stronger.'
Meanwhile, Sunny has been receiving production training at A20 Entertainment, established by Lee Soo-man, the former general producer of SM Entertainment, after her exclusive contract expired last year.
