Love after Divorce's Jeon Da-bin shared her experience overcoming uterine fibroids.
On the 19th, Jeon Da-bin posted on her social account, "Is it the power of running... The things that were bothering me in my uterus... have healed naturally... I have been hospitalized, bled, and gone for tests for years, and the doctor praised me with a bright smile."
He said, "Entering the third month of running, a big change has come to me. I suffered from severe bleeding due to uterine fibroids for 3 years. It was quite large, and every year, I had to be hospitalized for 4-5 days due to serious bleeding. They said pregnancy might be impossible, so I had regular checkups every 6 months and once a year. During my hospitalization last Christmas, they recommended robotic surgery like laparoscopy, but I didn't do it," he shared about his situation.
He added, "Today... I went for a regular checkup, and...!!! The fibroids have completely disappeared... They praised me ㅜㅜ (so proud..) Whether it's due to hormones or not... I don't know, but the swelling that wouldn't go away despite exercising and dieting... has started to diminish after just 3 months of running. This is truly an incredible change. Moving forward... I have to run without being too greedy..."
He also noted, "Compared to last winter, I have lost nearly 6 kilograms of body fat, and my muscle mass has increased by 1 kilogram! If I lose a bit more, I will share detailed information with you!"
