Pop star Madonna celebrated her 67th birthday with a lavish party in Italy, attended by her 38-year-old boyfriend and her children, American media outlets including Page Six reported on the 19th (local time).
The day before, Madonna posted on Instagram, "Since 1482, it has been my dream to watch the Palio horse race held in Siena on my birthday, August 16. Dreams do come true. Happy birthday to me," along with a video of her enjoying the event in person.
The Palio festival is a famous horse racing event held every August 16 in the medieval city of Siena, Italy.
The video Madonna uploaded featured her happily celebrating her birthday with her 29-year-old boyfriend, Ahlam Morris, children, and friends.
The video includes scenes of her striking affectionate poses with Morris and dancing joyfully.
According to American media, Morris was first identified as Madonna's partner when a photo of them was posted on her Instagram last July, and since then, they have been seen publicly expressing affection for one another around the world.
Morris, who is from Jamaica, is known to have once played soccer in New York.
In the past, for her 62nd birthday in 2020, Madonna held a party with her 35-year-younger boyfriend, Alamaric Williams (then 27), which included marijuana and drew considerable attention.
In this year's birthday party video, a large cake featuring a model of the 'RabuBu' doll from the Chinese company Pop Mart and the phrase 'Happy Birthday Madudu' caught the eye.
Madonna had worried fans when she was hospitalized due to a severe bacterial infection ahead of her performance in June 2023, but after receiving treatment for several months, she has returned to the stage and is continuing her active schedule.
