"Jun Hyun-moo" shares a bittersweet smile to congratulate "Mukdongsaeng" KwakTube on his romantic confession.
In the 43rd episode of the reality street food documentary "Jun Hyun-moo Plan 2," which airs at 9:10 p.m. on the 22nd (Friday), Jun Hyun-moo, KwakTube (Kwak Jun-bin), and "Muk friend" Jung Sung-il will come together for a food broadcast at the "59th street" in Ansan, Daebudo.
On this day in Daebudo, Jun Hyun-moo introduces, "Today is a special feature of Daebudo where you can experience the essence of a one-day sea trip. It's a place flooded with food and has a romantic vibe of 200%". KwakTube excitedly says, "Today must have amazing seafood~" and innocently asks, "What kind of gukbap shall we have today?" Jun Hyun-moo bursts out laughing and responds, "Today, it's not gukbap; it's 'Bagojji'" before heading to a restaurant famous for Daebudo's local dish, "Bagojji" (clam gochujang stew).
After ordering "Bagojji" at the restaurant, Jun Hyun-moo complains, "Why is it that all dating spots in Korea are only with you?" Meanwhile, KwakTube smiles brightly unlike any other day and says, "I've learned a lot about (restaurants) and go on many dates." Surprised, Jun Hyun-moo asks, "Do you have a girlfriend?" and KwakTube reveals, "I do," confirming he is in a relationship.
Shocked, Jun Hyun-moo keeps drinking 'Ggansangsu' and mutters, "I guess I'll be coming here with her in the future..." KwakTube laughs and says, "Everyone's congratulating, but you're the first person to seem this bitter." Later, as KwakTube answers questions about his girlfriend's job and age, Jun Hyun-moo calms his anxious feelings with the freshly served "Bagojji."
After the "Bagojji" food broadcast, Jun Hyun-moo says, "Now let's go meet 'Muk friend.' This person hardly appeared on entertainment shows," calling for actor Jung Sung-il. Jung Sung-il greets the two happily but reveals, "I'm quite shy and have a severe case of entertainment jitters." Jun Hyun-moo surprises everyone by confessing, "Actually, I'm also shy. I only do broadcasts because there are cameras," leading to astonishment. The three then head to a 'muk restaurant' where they make their own muk, thoroughly enjoying dishes from cold mukbap to acorn muk salad and acorn seafood pancakes.
Even the 'entertainment jitters' of Jung Sung-il are soothed by the 'real' taste of 'muk cooking' and the trio's 'shy chemistry' brings unexpected laughter.
