Actress Park Seon-young revealed the reason she builds walls around herself in 'Men's Life These Days: Groom's Class.'
In the episode aired on the 20th of 'Men's Life These Days: Groom's Class' (hereafter referred to as 'Groom's Class'), the psychological counseling of Kim Il-woo and Park Seon-young was depicted. The reason why the two, who appeared nice yet gentle and strong together, could not get closer was revealed to be their family histories.
In particular, Lee Jeong-jin speculated about the cheerful Park Seon-young, noting that she might find it difficult to express her feelings out of gratitude.
Park Seon-young teared up as she said, 'When my mother was alive, she did all the household chores. My mother passed away when I was in my second year of university. There were signs before that as she passed away from a brain hemorrhage.'
Continuing, Park Seon-young stated, 'My dad frequently changed jobs and did not stay at any company for long; he is emotionally distant. We have hardly communicated. He is selfish. Everything was led by my mom. There's nothing for me regarding my dad.' She added, 'There is a wall between Kim Il-woo and me. Kim Il-woo doesn't share his inner thoughts, so I feel it would be inappropriate to share every detail of my story.' She further remarked, 'Isn't it difficult to discuss innermost feelings between men and women?'
