Today (20th) at 7 a.m., episode 6-2 of 'Love's Concerns: Men and Women' will be released on the official KBS Joy YouTube channel.
In episode 6-2, Im Tae-hoon, known as the 'Iron Bag Chef,' and KBS N announcer Choi Seo-im will appear as guests, introducing the story of a couple with a 15-year age difference.
That day, the storyteller is a woman in her 40s, who expresses her concerns about whether she should continue her relationship with her 15-year younger boyfriend.
The storyteller initially felt her heart wobble at the caring side of the man, but due to the 15-year age difference and her divorce experience from 20 years ago, she thought, 'This relationship seems difficult, so I should clearly express my refusal' and attempted to end the meeting.
However, despite the storyteller's consistent refusal, the man did not give up on meeting with her, and eventually, the storyteller began dating him.
Even if people around them send looks such as, 'Your son is handsome; your mom must be happy,' and 'Is your younger brother buying clothes for you? Siblings seem to be very close,' the boyfriend cared for the storyteller to the point where her worries about the age difference seemed unfounded.
One day, the storyteller happened to overhear her boyfriend's friend talking on her boyfriend's cell phone, and soon after, she became enraged over a gift given by her boyfriend, ultimately deciding to break up.
After hearing the story, Kim Min-jung noted, 'It will only be a relationship filled with apologies,' adding, 'It hurts to love,' and empathized with the storyteller, while Im Tae-hoon encouraged her, saying, 'The man should love more,' and 'The woman also needs to put in effort.'
Additionally, Jo Chung-hyun advised the storyteller's boyfriend about friends, saying, 'In life, friends are important, but a partner to share life with is also important.'
What was the comment from the boyfriend's friend that confronted the storyteller who chose and resolved to date someone 15 years younger, and what was the gift that led her to decide on a breakup? You can find out on the YouTube channel 'KBS Joy' at 7 a.m. today (20th) in 'Love's Concerns: Men and Women.'
