On 19th, Stray Kids stated through their official SNS, "We would like to inform you about the progress of legal action regarding artist rights infringement."
On this day, Stray Kids said, "We have announced several times our strong response policy against violations of basic rights such as personality rights to protect the rights and interests of our artists, and we are proceeding with legal action based on verified materials through reports from fans and our own monitoring."
They also explained, "Recently, we collected malicious posts and comments that defame and insult the artist, as well as the dissemination of false information posted on domestic and international communities and SNS channels, and submitted a lawsuit, while actively cooperating with investigations from necessary investigative agencies to take strong civil and criminal actions."
Furthermore, Stray Kids stated, "As previously mentioned, there will be absolutely no leniency or settlements during the response process, and we will continue to monitor and take strict measures regarding various illegal activities that infringe on the artist's personality rights and hinder stable activities, including additional lawsuits and denunciations."
They added, "We kindly ask fans to actively report if you have collected evidence related to illegal activities."
