The group AHOF is trying their hand at radio DJing for the first time.
AHOF (Steven, Seo Jung-woo, Cha Woong-ki, Zhang Shuai-bo, Park Han, JL, Park Joo-won, Zuan, Daisuke) will actively participate as DJs on MBC FM4U's 'Chinhan Chingu Broadcasting Club' from the 20th to September 12 for four weeks. Five members, including Steven, Seo Jung-woo, Cha Woong-ki, Park Han, and Park Joo-won, will meet listeners with different units each week.
The five members are participating in 'Chinhan Chingu Broadcasting Club,' marking their first appearance as radio DJs since their debut. It is expected to be a time to discover AHOF's unique charm that cannot be seen on stage, attracting great anticipation from global fans.
AHOF is expected to showcase their versatility once again through this radio hosting. They plan to bring the heat to 'Burning Friday' with their witty talk and delightful chemistry from various unit combinations.
The first participants are Cha Woong-ki and Park Joo-won. The two will interact with listeners as DJs through the real-time streaming of 'Chinhan Chingu Broadcasting Club' taking place today (20th). There is significant interest in how these two members, from the older and younger lines within the team, will create a strong first impression.
AHOF is a monster rookie that captured attention domestically and internationally just a month after their debut. They recorded the 5th highest sales for debut albums of boy groups with their first mini-album 'WHO WE ARE' and achieved three wins in music broadcasts with their title track 'Rendezvous,' announcing a successful debut.
Currently, they are expanding their global activities. Previously, AHOF proved their hot response in the local market by selling out all six of their Japanese release events. Thanks to the exceptional popularity in Japan, they are set to hold the second Japanese release event starting on the 22nd.
On the 30th, they will head to the Philippines. AHOF will hold 'AHOF 1ST PHILIPPINE FANCON RENDEZVOUS IN MANILA' at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Manila, Philippines. This fan concert was sold out just 30 minutes after ticket sales began, and even the additional seats that were recently opened are completely sold out.
Meanwhile, the 'Chinhan Chingu Broadcasting Club,' featuring Steven, Seo Jung-woo, Cha Woong-ki, Park Han, and Park Joo-won, can be viewed on MBC Radio's YouTube channel, Mehuiz, on Wednesdays and Fridays in the afternoon. Every Friday night at 12 a.m., it will also be broadcasted through MBC FM4U 91.9MHz and MBC Smart Radio application mini.
