Lee Min-jung shared the realistic difficulty of having little time to exercise, adding that simply playing with her child is a significant workout. She also offered advice on body management after giving birth.
When she gave birth to her first child, she thought it was important just to eat well, and admitted she did not know about the 'golden time' to return to her original body within six months to one year after giving birth.
However, during her second pregnancy, she realized the importance of this 'golden time' and actively began managing her body. Thanks to this, she explained, she was able to return to her pre-pregnancy body much more quickly than with her first child, advising, "You should try to return to your original body as much as possible."
