As the integrated audition for the HYBE music group label is underway, a related pop-up will be held in Japan.
HYBE will host the '2025 HYBE MUSIC GROUP AUDITION POP-UP: WE BELIEVE IN YOU OFFLINE POP-UP STORE' at MIL GALLERY & MIL 2ND in Shibuya, Tokyo, from 27th to 30th.
This pop-up is themed around HYBE's mission 'We believe in music' and is designed to highlight the characteristics of the labels participating in the 'HYBE MUSIC GROUP AUDITION.' A total of eight labels will be showcased, including Big Hit Music, Belift Lab, Source Music, Pledis Entertainment, KOZ Entertainment, ADOR, and HYBE X RYAN TEDDER, led by four-time Grammy Award-winning producer Ryan Tedder.
The pop-up is expected to draw high interest as it is located near Cat Street, a favorite spot for the trend-sensitive 10- to 20-year-olds. Various exhibitions, event zones, and a message wall will be set up to provide enjoyment to visitors. A booth where attendees can experience the journey to becoming a musician will also be installed. Upon entering the pop-up, an ID card indicating the trainee status will be issued, and after viewing, visitors can take photos against the backdrop of the HYBE internal space at the photo booth. Such spaces and exhibitions that allow indirect experiences of being a trainee are expected to enhance immersion.
The pop-up can be viewed regardless of audition participation. Priority entry will be given to pre-registered guests, and on-site registration will be conducted, with applications for one person being accepted until the 30th on the official audition website. The pop-up will operate from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. for four days, from 27th to 30th. Guests will be provided with a small souvenir.
The 'HYBE MUSIC GROUP AUDITION' allows applicants to apply to HYBE's eight labels with a single application. This is the first time HYBE is holding an integrated audition at the music group level. The audition began accepting applications on the 14th of last month and will be conducted online until September 7.
