In the drama, Lim Yoona plays the role of French chef Yeon Ji-young, who has a bright yet determined personality. The day she won a top cooking competition in France, she unexpectedly falls into the Joseon Dynasty and meets the worst tyrant rather than the head chef position at a Michelin 3-star bistro in Paris, showcasing her fusion royal cuisine just for him. The survival story of this ill-fated chef Yeon Ji-young and the budding romance within it is drawing attention.
Lim Yoona met the public both on screen and at home when the film 'Pretty Crazy' premiered on the 13th. It's not a traditional melodrama, but it's a drama that has fun in watching these two. It's about the completion of love through cooking, and while it shouldn't be too explicit, it has to captivate with taste and atmosphere. The moment I watched it, I felt that the artistic style matched. Rather than trying to explain it verbally, it's better to just see it; for the first time, the staff asked, 'Who is Lee Chae-min?', and then they said the chemistry was really good. There's also a kiss scene, and everyone said they were very excited. It appears in the first half.'
Lim Yoona said, "As I expected, the chemistry was great. Lee Chae-min has great focus, and while acting together as Lee Heon and Yeon Ji-young, we talked a lot about the script and characters, so we were comfortable during filming. From the moment I appeared dressed in a Goryeo wedding robe, I felt like I was Lee Heon. It seems like his projection and focus as a king were excellent, which helped me immerse myself as well."
