The group aespa (SME) once again proved its powerful presence at the large music festival 'SUMMER SONIC 2025' in Japan.
On the 17th, aespa performed on the Marine Stage, the main stage of Japan's largest music festival 'SUMMER SONIC 2025', held at the Tokyo Zozo Marine Stadium & Makuhari Messe, captivating the local audience with its outstanding performance and charisma.
'SUMMER SONIC' is a large-scale urban music festival in Japan that attracts more than 200,000 people each year. This year, in addition to aespa, popular local group Mrs. GREEN APPLE, as well as global artists like Alicia Keys, Camila Cabello, and J Balvin have created a stunning lineup.
On this day, aespa kicked off the performance with 'Supernova', followed by 'Next Level', 'Armageddon', and 'Whiplash', presenting mega hit songs in a band live format, raising the heat of the venue. They also delivered a total of nine performances, including the Japanese song 'Hot Mess', 'ZOOM ZOOM', and emotional tracks like 'Flights, Not Feelings' and 'Better Things', completely dominating the stage.
aespa is set to launch a total of 10 performances at arena venues in four cities, including Fukuoka from October 4-5, followed by Tokyo, Aichi, and Osaka, to closely meet with local fans, which is expected to generate a hot response.
Prior to the Japan arena tour, aespa will hold its third solo concert '2025 aespa LIVE TOUR -SYNK : aeXIS LINE' at the KSPO DOME in Seoul Olympic Park from the 29th to the 31st for three days.
