Actor Lee Ha-Nee will appear at the production presentation of the Netflix series "Aema" even in her late-stage pregnancy.
Netflix released the list of attendees for the "Aema" production presentation on the 17th, stating, "Lee Ha-Nee, who was initially scheduled to attend remotely, has changed to attend in person. However, the final confirmation of attendance may vary depending on circumstances."
The production presentation will be held on the 18th with director Lee Hae-Young and actors Bang Hyo-Rin, Jin Sun-Kyu, and Cho Hyun-Cheol.
Lee Ha-Nee was initially scheduled to attend remotely due to her second pregnancy. However, she changed to attend in person a day before the event. Nevertheless, the final confirmation of attendance may change depending on circumstances.
Lee Ha-Nee is currently expecting her second child. She married a businessman who is two years her senior in December 2021 and welcomed her first daughter in 2022, while she is now pregnant with her second child, due to be born this month.
Despite her late-stage pregnancy, her willingness to attend the event in person has garnered attention.
Meanwhile, "Aema" is a Netflix original series that tells the story of top star Hee-Ran (played by Lee Ha-Nee) and rookie actress Joo-Ae (played by Bang Hyo-Rin), set against the backdrop of the emergence of erotic films that shook Korean society in the 1980s, confronting the reality hidden behind the glamorous spotlight. It is set to be released globally on the 22nd.
