Actor Jo Hyun-jae caught attention by confessing to living in separate rooms with his wife.
On the 16th, the MBN entertainment show 'Let's Go Go' Season 5 Episode 7 featured MC Ahn Jung-hwan and Hong Hyun-hee meeting historical drama actors Kim Seung-soo, Lee Min-woo, Jo Hyun-jae, and Jung Eun-pyo to chat.
During the broadcast, the cast visited Jo Hyun-jae's home located in Seongdong-gu. Drawings made by the children were hanging in the entrance, and the spacious living room and neatly organized kitchen attracted attention. The master bedroom had wedding photos and various trophies, showcasing his achievements as an actor.
However, Jo Hyun-jae surprised the cast by revealing, "The kids sleep with their mom, and I use the master bedroom alone."
When Hong Hyun-hee asked, "It seems like your wife hasn't entered this room for quite a while," Jo Hyun-jae replied, "Since the birth of our second child." Currently, Jo Hyun-jae's second child is known to be 3 years old, suggesting that the 'separate room living' has been ongoing for a long time.
He shared his feelings, saying, "I hope the kids grow up fast so that mom can come back." In response, Jung Eun-pyo advised, "Couples should definitely sleep together. When we raised our child, we put the baby in the crib and then slept together in our couple's bed. We did that even when we fought."
Meanwhile, Jo Hyun-jae married entrepreneur Park Min-jung, a former pro golfer, in 2018 and has one son and one daughter.
