Pop star Britney Spears' ex-husband Sam Asghari targeted Kevin Federline.
According to a report by foreign media outlet TMZ on the 16th (local time), Sam Asghari, Britney Spears' ex-husband, reacted sharply to the memoir of her other ex-husband Kevin Federline, mocking him as a 'professional dad.'
In a video released by TMZ that day, when asked about the upcoming publication of Federline's memoir, Sam Asghari sarcastically said, 'He was a professional dad. That book will be the first book that tells you how to become a professional dad.'
The term 'professional dad' that Sam Asghari used regarding Kevin Federline pointed out that he has garnered attention more for being a father and receiving alimony than for any special professional activities.
Federline was married to Spears from 2004 to 2007 and announced the publication of his memoir earlier this month. According to the Daily Mail, he included personal stories about the couple's 'very public marriage' in the book.
Federline stated, 'This book is very intimate and candid,' adding, 'I had to endure a devastating breakup and constant ridicule while also becoming the father my children needed during their ongoing emotional turmoil.'
Federline and Spears have two sons together, and he was awarded custody of the children at the time of their divorce, receiving monthly child support of $20,000 (approximately 26 million Hanwha) from Spears until they became adults.
Spears began dating Sam Asghari after meeting him on the set of the 'Slumber Party' music video in 2016, following her divorce from Federline. They had a star-studded wedding in June 2022 but divorced in 2024.
