Actor Jin Tae-hyeon has opened up about the pain of losing their stillborn child three years ago, commemorating their daughter Tae-eun with his wife, Park Si-eun.
On the 16th, Jin Tae-hyeon said on his SNS, "Today marks three years since my daughter left for the heavenly realm. I thought time would heal my wounds quickly, but I do not understand why my heart feels cold on this day. I pray that today goes by peacefully as I remember her with my wife.
He continued, "There are many times when I gaze blankly at the sky, as if the joyful memories of nine months and two weeks have not yet faded. The deep pain is slowly healing, but I don't think I will ever forget the memories of my daughter, no matter what joyful events may come in the future. However, I always try to move forward in a bright and positive way.
Jin Tae-hyeon and Park Si-eun got married in 2015 and have formed a family that includes an adopted child, showing positive influence. In 2022, they shared joyful news of pregnancy, but sadly announced the loss of their daughter Tae-eun just about 20 days before the due date, which deeply saddened many.
Additionally, Jin Tae-hyeon, who recently completed surgery for thyroid cancer, revealed the couple's affection through a heartfelt message to his wife, Park Si-eun. Park Si-eun expressed, "Three years ago, Tae-eun must have waited for me during the surgery. I remember when Jin Tae-hyeon came back to the hospital room after the surgery, his eyes filled with tears. I'm sorry for leaving you alone then." Jin Tae-hyeon expressed, "We strive to be better people for each other, learning, loving, and taking responsibility. Even when difficult times come again, I will joyfully protect each other," expressing unwavering trust and love for his wife.
In closing, he said, "People ask if love can provide, but yes. My meals are prepared by my wife," which touched the hearts of many.
