Actor Lee Min-woo publicly revealed his fiancée and 6-year-old daughter for the first time through a broadcast, signaling a new beginning.
The episode of KBS 2TV "Mr. House Husband Season 2" that aired on the 16th featured Lee Min-woo's journey to Japan to meet his fiancée.
Upon arriving at the airport, Lee Min-woo expressed his excitement, saying, "I am going to meet my girlfriend, who will become my wife, and my daughter. It's been 3 months since I last went. I hear they are going to let me know the gender of the baby."
His fiancée revealed that she is currently a Pilates instructor in Japan and is 21 weeks pregnant, with a due date of December 4.
The fiancée, who was seen after a long time, caught attention with her haggard appearance due to pregnancy. Lee Min-woo confessed his feelings, saying, "I thought she would have skin troubles and a chubby face, but she actually looks thinner. I felt a lot of pity and concern for her." The fiancée recalled, "When we suddenly learned about the baby, we had many conversations about how we should move forward. We talked about trusting each other and living together."
Afterwards, the couple held a gender reveal party and announced that the baby is a "girl." Lee Min-woo immediately connected with his father via video call, and his parents sent warm congratulatory messages. However, the fiancée's daughter shed tears of disappointment upon realizing that the baby would not be a younger brother, showing a pure reaction.
The three of them prepared a meal together, building warmth as a family. Lee Min-woo sent a reassuring message to his fiancée, saying, "You may have many worries, but don't feel burdened and come comfortably to Korea. I will be waiting for three princesses." In response to this, the fiancée's daughter kissed Lee Min-woo on the cheek, adding to the warmth.
The fiancée also expressed hope for their future, stating, "The hard things are getting better gradually. The anticipation is growing more than the anxiety."
