That day, he was asked how he maintains his youthful appearance at 47 years old. Kim Kang-woo noted, "In an interview, I mentioned my weight was the same as when I was in high school," and added that he maintains a weight of 74 to 76 kg for 28 years. His consistent muscular physique was also revealed. They verified his weight, which was actually 75.6 kg. He also mentioned that he confirms it daily by wearing rainbow-colored socks.
When asked about his diet management, Kim Kang-woo said, "I can avoid white rice and white bread. I eat multi-grain or brown rice and multi-grain bread," sharing that he maintains a healthy diet focused on vegetables and protein, and added that he eats ramen only twice a year, surprising everyone.
Kim Kang-woo stated that he has a routine where he makes his breakfast separately for the past 10 years. He revealed a shocking diet that makes you look 10 years younger. He mentioned putting one banana into the blender. Particularly, while peeling the banana with a paper towel, he showed a caring and meticulous dad's demeanor, saying, "I worry that preservatives might be bad for the children, so I wipe my hands with a paper towel before touching them. That's what it's like raising kids."
Then, after adding blueberries, low-fat milk, black sesame, and soybean powder, and finally oats, Kim Kang-woo revealed a juice that is good for hair, saying, "It's not a wig, I didn't get a hair transplant." When asked if this could make everyone look 10 years younger, Kim Kang-woo responded, "Not everyone, right? Was I too honest?" He further mentioned, "If you drink alcohol, smoke, and don't exercise, it means nothing. I quit smoking as soon as I got married. I stopped when I saw my child."
