On Aug. 15, 2025, just before the 10th anniversary of the promise made in 'Documentary 3 Days', an unfortunate incident occurred preventing the reunion due to a bomb threat.
According to the Gyeongbuk Provincial Police Agency, around 7:37 a.m. that day, a message appeared in the YouTube live broadcast chat stating, 'I will blow up explosives at the old Andong Station plaza.'
In response, the police deployed nearby precincts, the initial response team from the Andong Police Station, and the police special forces to control the scene and conduct a search.
That day, around 200 citizens and broadcasting officials gathered at the old Andong Station plaza upon hearing news of the filming for 'KBS Documentary 3 Days'. This was because it marked the day 10 years ago in 2015 when production staff and ordinary participants who appeared in the program promised, 'Let's meet again 10 years later at the old Andong Station.'
As this news spread through online communities, onlookers flocked to witness their reunion, creating a sense of anticipation.
The production team announced a special edition of KBS2's 'Documentary 3 Days – About Time' while arriving at the promised location and even conducted a live broadcast through its official YouTube channel.
In fact, the KBS documentary team reported during the live broadcast chat, 'One lady has reportedly arrived at the scene,' indicating that one of the two female college students who promised a reunion with the production team had arrived at the meeting place.
However, a suspicious report of an explosive device installation was soon received, leading the police to take control, and the reunion was canceled just before it could occur.
A police official noted, 'No explosives have been found so far, but we are continuing the search as a precaution,' adding, 'We are tracking the commenter, including the possibility of a false report.'
