'First Lady' has been penned by writer Kim Hyung-wan, known for his intricate plots and solid narratives in dramas like 'Dream High 2', 'Hide Your Identity', and the film 'Superstar Gam Sa-yong', who completed the script after an impressive six-year preparation period.
