Joy opened a highlight clip at 12 a.m. today (14th) through the YouTube Red Velvet channel, which allows fans to preview some of the total 6 tracks from her first mini-album. The video features a variety of scenes that harmonize with the atmosphere of each song as seen from the perspective of a cat freely wandering the neighborhood, receiving positive reactions.
In particular, the video introduces the pop dance song "Get Up And Dance" as the starting point, followed by the French-inspired pop track "La Vie En Bleu," the pop song reminiscent of the cool summer breeze "Scent Of Green," the lyrical medium-tempo ballad "Cuddle," the waltz rhythm-based pop ballad "Unwritten Page" in which Joy participated in writing lyrics, and finally the title track "Love Splash!" which is a refreshing summer song, sequentially previewing Joy's unique music world.
