In this context, the three actors face challenges right from the start due to successive scouting failures. At a restaurant they sought out amid the heat wave, a cold response of 'there are no seats' forced them to turn away at the entrance. While urgently searching for another restaurant, they stumble upon a local pizza place recommended by a local they met on the street the previous day. However, this time, an endless line blocks their way. To make matters worse, starting from 3 p.m., Florence restaurants go into break time, making it a critical point where failure to scout a restaurant would mean inevitable street dining. For this reason, the last hope of the three rests on another restaurant searched by Lee Jung-shin. Upon rushing there, Yeon Woo-jin politely asks for filming consent, saying, 'This is a Korean TV program introducing local restaurants.' However, when Kwon Yul, unable to contain his 'urgent feelings,' approaches the store, an employee suddenly tells them, 'Turn off the camera!' creating difficulty in filming. The time was 2:20 p.m., with only 40 minutes left until break time. It remains to be seen whether the three will fail to scout a restaurant and resort to 'street dining' in the main broadcast of 'Walking Tasting Squad.'
Additionally, while walking the streets of Florence, the three encounter a unique landscape reminiscent of a time travel experience: the 'wine window.' This tradition, dating back to the medieval plague, allowed nobles to sell wine through windows, using a small palm-sized window for orders. Although the trio attempts to place their orders, Yeon Woo-jin observes, '(The seller inside) seems to intentionally avoid making eye contact.'
