FNC Entertainment (173940, FNC Entertainment, hereinafter referred to as FNC) announced its consolidated results for the second quarter of 2025 through the electronic disclosure system. The consolidated revenue for the second quarter was 26.5 billion won, with an operating profit of 900 million won. With major artists' active activities planned for the second half of the year, it is expected to continue a profitable trend.
The main artists driving the second quarter's performance were P1Harmony and N.Flying. P1Harmony achieved a career high with over 440,000 sales of their mini album released in May and solidified its position as a K-pop artist by attending "KCON JAPAN 2025" and the "Seoul Music Awards." N.Flying saw over double the initial sales of their second studio album compared to the previous release, and the solo concerts held in Seoul and Busan in May and July sold out immediately after ticket sales opened, leading them to add another show for each concert. Despite adding extra shows, tickets sold out again immediately upon opening, receiving explosive attention. This concert was an opportunity to confirm the growing domestic fandom, with plans to expand the venue sizes for future performances to meet more fans.
In the second half of the year, major artists' global tour activities will kick off, starting with domestic concerts from Jung Yong-hwa, N.Flying, and P1Harmony. In particular, P1Harmony recorded a sold-out concert over the weekend at Korea University's Hwajeong Gymnasium, which expanded to double its size compared to last year, and is set to start their global tour, which will extend from Korea to Australia, Asia, North America, and South America. The North American tour is scheduled to take place in eight cities with arena-level venues, and particularly in Los Angeles, they became the second K-pop artist to perform at the "Intuit Dome," proving their global competitiveness. Additionally, the joint concert of FNC's band groups, known as "FNC Band Kingdom," held annually in Japan has expanded its stage to Taiwan starting this year. Following their first event in Taiwan in January, they will hold performances in Japan in July and Taiwan in August, and they plan to perform in new countries after the second half of the year, further solidifying the reputation of the 'K-band dynasty.'
FNC expects that this year's total annual album sales and concert attendance will increase by more than 30% compared to last year, leading to growth in revenue and profits for the business. The rapid growth of rookie groups is contributing to the revenue shares of the lower-tier lineup. Additionally, the fandom centered in Korea and Asia is expanding into regions such as North America and Europe, consequently broadening the regional portfolio. The growth of rookie groups and expansion into the global market are leading to improved profitability and business stabilization, and these achievements are expected to be reflected in this year's performance.
