The group Hearts2Hearts (SME) is experiencing a global rise in popularity with their single "STYLE."
According to an article posted on the Billboard Japan official website on the 13th, Hearts2Hearts' "STYLE" topped the Billboard Japan "Heatseekers Songs" chart for the week of August 4 to 10. The chart ranks songs from emerging artists in Japan based on data from radio, streaming, and downloads, highlighting the local interest in Hearts2Hearts.
"STYLE," released on June 18, recorded 28th place on the Melon TOP100 daily chart (as of August 10), surpassing the highest ranking (34th) of their debut song "The Chase" and setting a new personal best after about two months since release. Additionally, "The Chase," released on February 24, has maintained its spot on the charts for nearly six months, with both songs receiving great love from listeners.
In particular, member IAAN has captured attention with a challenge featuring the "Crop" part of "The Chase," which uses pelvic movements, and has led another challenge trend with the "Let's walk together, I'm curious" part of "STYLE," creating the so-called "IAAN march" series. The TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts videos that IAAN participated in for this challenge have collectively surpassed 40 million views, receiving explosive reactions.
In addition, Hearts2Hearts has unveiled a music video for "STYLE" that tells the fairy tale-like friendship story of "Haatuhping" and "Hachuping," which depict the eight members as characters from the global IP content company SAMG Entertainment's representative character "Catch! Teenieping." The music video has recorded close to 3 million views, widely conveying the bright and lovely charm of "STYLE" to all generations.
Hearts2Hearts will attend the "2025 K-WORLD DREAM AWARDS" on the 21st at the Jamsil Indoor Gymnasium in Songpa District, Seoul.
