Singer Chae Yeon revealed that she underwent a freckle removal procedure in the past.
On the 12th, a video titled 'I showed it once because you were curious about what's in my bag | Chae Yeon's queen class determination' was uploaded on the YouTube channel '2005 Chae Yeon'.
The video features Chae Yeon introducing the cosmetics and personal items she usually uses, one by one.
That day, Chae Yeon said, 'I want to share my concealer tip' and confessed, 'I used to be really sensitive about my freckles.'
She continued, 'I had the freckles medically removed, but they don't completely disappear. So, I mix three concealers to cover them.' Regarding the procedure name, she explained, 'It's IPL. These days, it's popular to go multiple times for toning, but back then, it was trendy to do it all at once.'
She added, 'It doesn't become 100% porcelain-like skin, and because I have freckles, some traces remain. That's why I'm very interested in cover products.'
Regarding her skin care methods, she said, 'I'm not completely avoiding the hospital. I don't have a personality that can go once a month; I go about twice a year,' and added, 'Instead, I do a lot of home care. I really remove my makeup well. Even on drunk nights when I can't remember how I fell asleep, my makeup is still off.'
