The new variety show 'My Kid's Romance,' co-produced by tvN STORY and T-Cast E Channel, is set to air its first episode on Aug. 20 (Wed) and has unveiled the parent version poster and the teaser for the first episode. 'My Kid's Romance' features stories of parents observing their children date, as well as tales of how the children grow through their romances, offering a completely new form of entertainment that differs from existing dating shows.

The parents of Lee Seung-jun, Lee Tak-soo, Park Jun-ho, Ahn Seon-jun, Lee Shin-hyang, Kim Sa-yoon, Hong Seok-joo, and Jeon Soo-wan, namely Lee Jong-won, Lee Jong-hyuk, Park Ho-san, Ahn Yoo-seong, Lee Cheol-min, Kim Dae-hee, Jo Gap-kyung, and Jeon Hee-cheol, smile brightly resembling their youthful movie protagonist-like children, conveying warmth and nostalgia to viewers. The text 'The love story of my child who resembles me,' which appears above the parents, leaves a different but profound impression than when seen on the 'My Kid' version poster, stirring anticipation for an unprecedented warm healing dating show.
The teaser for the first episode, released alongside the parent version poster, captures the attention with the parents' 'objective ZERO' reactions as they face their children's romances. As they gather to witness their children's dating lives, the parents express their mixed emotions, saying, 'What might their style be? I'm a bit curious,' 'Oh, I feel like my heart is going to burst,' and 'I really can't bear to watch.'
Amid the appearance of the 'My Kid' they would not feel pain even if placed in their eyes, Lee Cheol-min proudly states, 'This is my daughter,' while Kim Dae-hee reacts defensively to compliments about other children, saying, 'What about my kid? Is my kid dark?' Their reactions filled with bias and zero objectivity spark laughter.
Meanwhile, parents reveal their feelings of disappointment subtly, saying, 'When I'm talking to Dad, look me in the eye,' resonating with viewers.
