Actor Lee Joo-seung from 'Radio Star' shared an unexpected story about his first meeting with his close friend, go Seung-hwan.
The MBC entertainment program 'Radio Star,' which aired on the 13th, featured actors Cheon Jung-myung, singer Jo Kwon, actor Lee Joo-seung, and athlete Choi Hong-man, all of whom exhibit extreme madness in their respective fields.
Choi Hong-man has recently gained a lot of popularity among teenagers through YouTube and shorts. He appeared on the show and received cheers from everyone as he danced techno with his remarkable physical presence.
At the same time, Choi Hong-man expressed his dissatisfaction with Jo Sae-ho, who used to imitate him. Choi Hong-man said, "I watched 'Radio Star' recently, and there was Go Woorim, who was imitating Choi Hong-man and following Jo Sae-ho. According to my standards, Go Woorim wasn't funny. Jo Sae-ho is entertaining, but Go Woorim had better quality."
However, regarding Jo Sae-ho, Choi Hong-man said, "At first, I warned Jo Sae-ho not to imitate me. I told him he would die if he did. But then he did it again the next day. So, I stopped watching him, but I ended up getting close again because the reaction was good," eliciting laughter.
Lee Joo-seung gained a lot of popularity by displaying his extremely calm demeanor on 'I Live Alone.' In particular, he generated much laughter with his interactions with his family's dog, Coco, who always treated him with disdain and neglect, and he helped rediscover actor Go Seung-hwan, elevating him as a blue-chip in the entertainment industry.
Lee Joo-seung said, "I like outdoor workouts. I enjoy rooftops or gyms in the mountains. That's why I really like fighter Fedor Emelianenko." He expressed his fan admiration for Choi Hong-man, stating, "In Korea, I like Choi Hong-man the most, and overseas, I like Fedor the best." Despite his delicate appearance, he enjoys working out and dislikes noisy environments. So much so that even during arguments with his girlfriend, he preferred to use the messaging app if they were outdoors.
Lee Joo-seung explained the reason behind his sour expression when he saw Go Seung-hwan receiving an award at last year's entertainment awards. He noted, "I'm close with Go Seung-hwan, and he mentioned me in his acceptance speech. So, I needed to manage my expression because he is a really close person, and I didn't want to seem artificial. That's why an awkward smile came out."
So, what exactly is the point of connection between Go Seung-hwan and Lee Joo-seung, who share a similar rhythm in life? Lee Joo-seung stated, "I met Go Seung-hwan through other acquaintances, but I was so shy that I didn't say a word."
Lee Joo-seung continued, "But Go Seung-hwan was talking behind my back in the bathroom. The junior was saying something like, 'How can I not speak in front of a senior?' But then he looked at me and felt embarrassed. The next day, he asked if I would like to go camping together. That led to courage training and brought us closer," surprising everyone.
