Former skating athlete Kim Dong-sung's ex-wife, who revealed that he failed to pay child support, has been referred to the prosecution.
According to a media report and the police on the 12th, the Yangcheon Police Station in Seoul referred A, Kim Dong-sung's ex-wife, to the prosecution on suspicion of defamation under the Information and Communication Network Act.
A has previously disclosed that Kim Dong-sung did not pay child support, providing his information on the internet site 'Bad Fathers' in 2020.
A has lamented through media interviews and other means that Kim Dong-sung has not paid most of the child support since their divorce in 2018.
Kim Dong-sung filed a complaint against A in January for defamation by false accusation. However, the police concluded after investigation that it was defamation by true accusation.
