The group MONSTA X showcased their multifaceted charm.
On the 12th, their agency Starship Entertainment unveiled concept photos for the 'HELLO X' version of their new mini album 'THE X', set to be released on September 1, through MONSTA X's official social media channels.
The concept photos captured MONSTA X enjoying a 10th anniversary party and after-party dressed in six individual suits. The members displayed charming visuals in an antique-themed party setting, showcasing various props and revealing their own wit through different poses.
Those who made fans' hearts flutter with their dapper suit fits also provided a delightful twist with karaoke after-party themed photos. The natural team chemistry evoked memories of playing in a karaoke room, and Hyungwon and Joohoney added laughter by wearing wigs in pink and blue, respectively.
MONSTA X will pre-release the track 'Do What I Want' on the 18th, heating up enthusiasm before their official comeback. The song, for which Joohoney and IM penned the lyrics and Joohoney also participated in composing, is expected to leave a strong impression on listeners with its catchy hook, groovy bass, and rhythmic drums, forming a hip-hop track.
MONSTA X had previously announced a surprise comeback through their complete group performance '2025 MONSTA X CONNECT X', held last month to celebrate their 10th anniversary. Following this, they have been raising fans' anticipation with a series of teaser content including a coming soon video, trailers, and concept photos, all leading to their expected activities in September, starting with 'Do What I Want'.
MONSTA X will officially return with the release of their mini album 'THE X' and the title track 'N the Front' on September 1 at 6 p.m. They will preview the pre-release track 'Do What I Want' on the 18th.
