Girls' Generation member and actress Lim Yoon-a hinted at her new role as a 'new daughter'.
On the afternoon of the 13th, in SBS Power FM 'Juhyun Young at 12', the lead actors of the movie 'Pretty Crazy', Lim Yoon-a and Ahn Bo-hyun, appeared as guests.
'Pretty Crazy' is a devilish comedy about the struggles of a young unemployed man, Kil-gu (Ahn Bo-hyun), who gets caught up in an extraordinary part-time job that involves monitoring a prophet who wakes up as a devil every dawn.
In this work, Lim Yoon-a faced off against Seong Dong-il, who plays the role of the prophet's father, Jang-su. In response, Juhyun Young asked, "(Lim Yoon-a) could be said to be added to the lineage of Seong Dong-il's new daughters," and Lim Yoon-a and Ahn Bo-hyun nodded, saying, "That's right. She is a new daughter."
Ahn Bo-hyun described Lim Yoon-a's character, saying, "'Day prophet' has the pure and reserved demeanor of an I-type, while 'Night prophet' has an E-type temperament, like someone who has drunk about two bottles of makgeolli and is unpredictable in behavior," adding that it felt like they had acted separately.
In particular, Lim Yoon-a said, "I wondered if I had ever used such bold expressions before," noting, "The director even gave feedback asking, 'Is it okay to go this far?'"
She continued, "At first, I felt shy and wondered if it was alright to be seen this way, but I thought of it as one of the ways to express the character of the prophet, so I was able to immerse myself and express it that much."
Meanwhile, 'Pretty Crazy' was released today (the 13th).
