On the 13th, the EP3 of 'YouTube Hajiyoung' features a lively gossip time between broadcaster Jang Young-ran and Hajiyoung.
"Okay, okay, okay," she enthusiastically starts by repeating each word three times in her characteristic high-pitched voice. Throughout the episode, she constantly instructs Hajiyoung on details like camera settings, microphone usage, and shooting angles, saying, "It's chaotic right now."
Due to Jang Young-ran's chaotic remarks, Hajiyoung flusters and says, "I came because I heard (Jang Young-ran) is the number one on YouTube. But it seems like I'm more flustered than she is." Jang Young-ran then admits with a big laugh, "Actually, I'm not good with machines, so I don't really know. Is this recording going well?" They then continue their cheerful gossip session, complimenting each other.
Jang Young-ran mentions, "Since I was young, my father called me 'our princess, our princess', and he was so obsessed that he worried that if I had double eyelid surgery, all the boys would chase after me. I was so worried that if I had the surgery, all the boys in the world would propose to me, which boosted my self-esteem. However, nothing changed after the surgery," causing laughter as she adds, "It just slightly changed my eyes."
Meanwhile, Jang Young-ran reveals her candid feelings in a calm and rarely seen manner. She states, "I've always been a supporting character and have never been the main character. When I was confirmed as the host of 'Negotiation King Season 2' at 43, I felt so happy that I could have cried while seeing articles about 'MC Jang Young-ran.' I'm still happy and can't believe it, capturing photos of the articles to keep looking at them."
However, she shares that the hardest time was when she witnessed the people she trusted feeling jealous and envious after she became the host of 'Negotiation King Season 2.' "I cried a lot and relied on my husband," she says, adding, "I learned to accept that I cannot be loved by everyone, which became an opportunity for me to grow further. I feel like I've become an adult. Now I feel much more at ease," she seriously discusses her life philosophy. Jang Young-ran is married to oriental medicine doctor Han Chang and has a son and a daughter.
