That day, Shin Ae-ra met with friends of 40 years and had a meal together. During the conversation, health came up, and Shin Ae-ra said, "I watched a documentary where a 104-year-old grandfather in Japan was featured. He started learning Chinese at 95 and has been studying English all his life, writing his diary in English. And recently, he began learning Spanish and Korean."
She continued, "In the morning when he wakes up, he does exercises like this with something resembling a club, and then he does it with his legs too. After that, he eats, and the real secret to his health comes out. He was very weak when he was young. So, his mother always made him chew everything 30 times without fail; he says, 'My secret to health for 100 years is that I've chewed 30 times for 100 years.' So, the amount is small. Because if you chew for a long time, you can't eat much. As a result, he eats little. We have to eat for 2 hours today," she laughed.
Afterward, Shin Ae-ra returned home with her friends and was shocked to find moldy bread. She said, "What should I do? When on earth did I put this CAST Corporation cake here?" adding, "But it's conscientious, this CAST Corporation cake. Mold has grown. But the problem is, I can't remember what kind of CAST Corporation cake it was, so I can't eat it," she chuckled.
