Mina's sister-in-law honestly confessed about diet burnout.
On the 12th, Mina's sister-in-law, Ms. Suji, posted a lengthy message on social media saying, "To diet, one must be healthy. I realized the urgency of dieting again while temporarily setting my life aside. So I made a resolution again. I will start over."
Ms. Suji wrote, "I'm really sorry. For a moment, I couldn't resist the temptation to eat and set my diet aside. I will regain my senses and embark on a journey to reclaim my health," and shared a short video with the message, "Will you join me? I'm sorry and thank you. Because of you all, I won't give up and will start again."
In the video, Ms. Suji appeared and shared, "I had burnout and couldn't exercise, living a very lazy life. A harsh reality unfolded in front of me. What it was, was that while taking care of my body and improving my immunity, I caught a cold."
She continued, "I couldn't go to the hospital because I caught a cold. I was extremely ill in various ways. I kept sweating profusely. Even now, my throat and nose are not in good condition. And now that my immunity has decreased, my whole body feels limp."
She also said, "I will rise again and start exercising, and I will regain my health," adding, "But I feel that immunity is the most important. When I was originally unwell, swelling, eating, lying down, and sleeping felt too good and comfortable. However, lately, I couldn't do that. My body hurts too much. So now, I can't stand it anymore."
She concluded, "To boost my immunity, I think managing and taking care of my body and receiving treatment at the hospital is one way. I'm very sorry to those who believe in me and support me while dieting with me. I will clean up my life that has become too lazy and return to a healthy life."
Meanwhile, last year, Ms. Suji, whose weight exceeded 150 kg, faced health warnings, started dieting with Mina's help, and has currently lost weight down to the 78 kg range. She has received much praise for her changed appearance and for reportedly recovering from diabetes after her diet.
