Former EXO member Tao will marry former SM Entertainment trainee Shiyang this October.
According to local media such as Sina Entertainment on the 11th, Tao recently announced during the filming of a variety show that he will hold a wedding with Shiyang in October.
The couple is currently planning a "once-in-a-lifetime wedding." They are preparing seats not only for numerous guests but also for fans, and discussions are underway for a live broadcast of the wedding. There is also curiosity about whether former EXO member Luhan, who still maintains a friendship with Tao, will attend the wedding.
Tao and Shiyang have been rumored to be in a relationship since 2020. In July 2024, after four years, Tao acknowledged the rumors and began a public relationship with Shiyang.
Last December, he shared the news of their marriage registration on social media, posting a photo holding a marriage certificate along with the words "goal achieved."
There have also been suspicions that the couple had a child out of wedlock, but neither side has disclosed any stance.
