'Cheonryun' disclosed the atrocities committed by the stepfather. He stated that he experienced sexual abuse from his stepfather for three years, from the age of 9 to 12. 'Cheonryun' recalled a horrific memory, saying, "As I remember, he took pictures. My stepfather said, 'Don't wear underwear when you wear a skirt,' so it was always like that." He believed that was how all fathers and daughters lived.
After becoming a middle school student, 'Cheonryun' stated, "I told my mom. 'I am very sorry, but I have lost my purity. If I want to be careful about dating, I should confront my stepfather.' My mom said, 'Your stepfather is not that kind of person.' I even attempted to jump into the car on my way to school and looked down when crossing the overpass, thinking maybe if I got external injuries, he would notice me."
He continued, "We lived in a cold war, and it was all in the past, but we decided to just cover it up. I agreed to that. By then, my mom and stepfather were already divorced." This revelation shocked everyone.
'Cheonryun' remarked, "Our house has not moved. The furniture and bathroom used by my stepfather are the same, so I try to forget, but it is as vivid as what happened yesterday. When I think about it, it even comes up in my dreams," expressing his struggles.
