Actor Lee Gyu-han expressed his affection for singer Solbi.
On the 11th, the KBS Joy, KBS2, and GTV show 'Pursuing Old Encounters' featured a sweet date between the Solbi and Lee Gyu-han couple. On this day, Solbi, who chose Lee Gyu-han, said she was glad that only he remained.
Lee Gyu-han said, "I really thought I would obviously be on a date with Solbi today. We only talked briefly in the car."
In an interview with the production team, Solbi said, "If the conversation is too deep, it might be boring. It was fun to joke around, too."
While eating, Lee Gyu-han made a joke, holding up a piece of garlic, saying, "You're not going to kiss me today, right?" Solbi then asked, "When did you start seeing me as a woman?"
In response, Lee Gyu-han stated, "You were a woman from the beginning. I mentioned before that I felt it was a shame eight years ago when I was doing variety shows. We never even chatted casually." When Solbi asked, "If we had had a gathering back then, would you have asked for my contact information?" Lee Gyu-han replied, "Of course I would have."
Solbi said, "This is really quite new," to which Lee Gyu-han remarked, "At that time, Solbi had short hair. Suddenly, I remembered how she looked back then." Lee Gyu-han added, "I basically like bright and witty people," and Solbi laughed, saying, "That perfectly describes me."
Lee Gyu-han asked Solbi, "What was your mindset when you appeared on 'Pursuing Old Encounters'?" Solbi responded, "I came on because I wanted to have a romantic connection on the show. I'm also thinking about marriage. Considering my age, I'm not an advocate of remaining single. I previously appeared on 'We Got Married' with Andy. What I liked back then was expressing my feelings openly on the show and going on dates together."
However, Lee Gyu-han revealed that he was confused. He said, "It's been a while since I did a broadcast, and it's my first time in a show where a man and woman date, so it's a bit confusing. I didn't know how I should act. I was surprised that such serious feelings would arise. I was excited writing letters. It's been a long time since I wrote a handwritten letter."
Solbi shared, "I have no regrets from when I did 'We Got Married', as I expressed everything I wanted to. While I was thinking about how honest I could be with the camera, I felt that if not now, I wouldn't be able to be honest again."
Later, Lee Gyu-han mentioned in an interview with the production team, "Solbi seems like someone who honestly expresses herself and her situation, which I think is commendable. It was really nice."
